All in favor of breakfast, say I. When people used to tell me that breakfast was the most important meal of the day I would get so frustrated because it was my least favorite of them all. Over the years, I have grown to really love breakfast. It has been fun playing around with different ingredients and recipes to get my day started on the right foot belly.
