Soups are good for the soul. Salads are good for the skin. If you are a person who doesn’t like salads or greens, I promise you my salads will change yo mind!! The key to making a salad not taste like a salad is a really tasty dressing (I use lots of clean ingredients to keep the dressings healthy, but full of flavor) and chopping the greens up really thin, especially if you’re using kale as your base. And hopefully I don’t need to do any convincing on soups, amiright??
